Old pine Rare cheese tachibana bouche Ukon no tachibana

Old Pine's "Rare Cheese Tachibana Busse Ukon no Tachibana" is a drop baked cake with a rare cheese-flavored tachibana cream sandwiched between the slightly bitter, sweet and sour taste of Yamato tachibana, a citrus species indigenous to Japan.

The light texture of the crispy surface but fluffy inside of the bouquet and the sweet and sour flavor of the rare cheese cream with Yamato Tachibana give it a nostalgic taste.
