This is an all-purpose seasoning born from Tsunokichi's philosophy of "using up all the ingredients.
It is made from the "jako dashi" made when making our signature product "chirimen sansho" and "kombu dashi" that we have been using for decades, along with several kinds of shives, soy sauces, and other carefully selected ingredients.
